Based on;
- An initial start up phone call.
Specific movement screening protocols and tests to determine which areas of your body are to be strengthened and addressed.

2. Weekly check ins and with personalised video/ written feedback.

3. Unlimited technique correction via video to ensure you’re performing everything correctly and safely.

 4. Exercise and activation demonstrations from my personal exercise library.

 5. An environment to learn and ask me questions via messenger.
- Regarding your training.
- If you are a health professional, questions regarding your clients or business are also welcome.

6. Back and forth interaction with any health care practitioners you may be currently working with.
